Do you remember a teacher in school who made a difference in your life because they didn't talk or act like other teachers? Boyce Watkins is that kind of teacher; literally! Being a finance professor and an entrepreneur, he is not talking about a subject theoretically. He has walked the path he is talking and you hear the 'smart homeboy' speech that lets you know he is keeping it real and correct. A great leader in his field who I hope steps up to lead this country in some capacity in the future!
I view of whats going on with my people I have decided to invest money and time to better understand why we have reached this point. I don't view topics of this nature as racist but one that stress the importance of awareness. America is first and foremost about economics and therefore this is a very important subject matter.
Read the book in two days. Very informative in explaining Why and how money should be taught in our schools. I will definitely purchase more of Dr. Watkins books.

Dr. Watkins does not provide financial advice or strategies to produce wealth but instead explained in layman terms the importance and the process on how money works. It will be an eye-opener to those who does not have a full grasp of money management and the U.S. money system. Read this book and get some knowledge on the money system in the U.S.
