Cut this book in half, when it gets to the questions section. Put those questions pages in clear sleeves in 1 or more 3 ring binders. More then half of this book is questions, and it's much easier to go through by having a "work book". Trust me, it's much easier this way. I'm a current HVAC student studying for my Nate certs, have passed "core" so far.
This book is very thorough and to the point. Lots of questions to practice with what you've learned. LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

I ordered book on a Tuesday night, like midnight in California. I received the book Saturday considering the mail sent to the wrong address and I got it a day later, not there fault. Book was going great really helped me. Then I realized I was missing like ten pages, an entire section to be exact. I emailed book byte123 right away, I never received a response, I just received a new guide in the mail a few days later. No expectation, no expectations, just a new book. I will be ordering again. Service is not very customer orientated but, they definitely do the right thing and stand behind there product which is hard to find nowadays.
If you need to be serious about having knowledge and be tested for it , This Book is a must bcz either you pass the NATE/ICE Test or not .Very good and reliable source of useful Knowledge!I have to say thank you to all of the people made it possible!
